Neil Patrick Harris, or as I prefer to forever refer to him -- Doogie, is in Philadelphia filming his new indie movie "The Best and The Brightest" with Amy Sedaris and Bonnie Somerville. But is may be pulling double duties.According to a source, Harris is also working on recording some audio for the upcoming sequel to 2001's Cats & Dogs. The actor isn't listed on IMDB as appearing in the movie, so it is unconfirmed but the information sounded reliable.
